In a joint venture with a silent investor, Peterloo Estates secured a planning consent for a mixed use development on London Road in Alderley Edge, Cheshire.
The development comprised of apartments with retail at ground floor anchored by Somerfield; who occupied a unit on the site prior to submitting a revised planning application.
The development was subsequently sold to Cheshire based Reflect Developments. Reflect went on to implement an alternative consent which was secured post acquisition and involved a new Waitrose store anchor tenant.
